Acres Land Trust
Fall is here and the leaves are changing! Time to get outside and enjoy the crisp weather! Did you know that ACRES Land Trust has two preserves in Wells County open to the public? They are Acres Along the Wabash near Murray, and the Anna Brand Hammer Reserve near Uniondale. To learn more, check out the ACRES Land Trust website or check out the ACRES Land Trust Preserve Guide at the Wells County Public Library. It includes the above-mentioned preserves and numerous others in northern Indiana. Get outdoors and enjoy this weather while it lasts!
STORYWalk® is a fun way to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Miss Cindy takes you on a journey to the two STORYWalk® locations we have in the county at Archbold Wilson Park in Ossian and Pickett’s Run Park in Bluffton. Through this experience, we hope to encourage a lifelong love of reading and the great outdoors. There is a new story to explore each season!
