Local Author Night
The Wells County Public Library holds a Local Author Night every other year.
Join us for a fun, family-friendly event. Attendees will get to wander through booths set up throughout the Main Library to chat with local authors and participate in lots of book-related activities (including children's games, book-themed crafts for kids and adults, and lots more). Authors will be divided into sections by genre so you can visit the children's area, teen section, or adult area for activities and books related to your age. You can purchase books from the authors if you like or just enjoy the fun. Refreshments will be provided. All activities will be free. No registration needed (just drop-in anytime during the event).
Event date and time
Tuesday, October 17 from 6-8 p.m. at the Main Library (200 West Washington Street, Bluffton, IN 46714). Drop in anytime during the event to meet and mingle with authors, purchase books, enjoy activities and refreshments, and for a chance to win prize books donated by the local authors.
Who can attend
The event is open to all ages to attend and have a meet-and-greet with these local authors. There is still booth space available for authors as well. See the Author Information below.
