Teen Zone Programs Filling Up Fast!

Posted on June 07, 2013 at 4:14 PM

The Summer Reading Program is off to a great start and registration for our upcoming programs is now open. The deadline for registering for the Clay Creations is today June 7th! The Layers Cooking Program is now full but we are taking names for a waiting list in the event that someone cancels.

As I write this post there are only 6 openings left for the Unofficial Hunger Games Survival program! If you want to come to this program you need to hurry in with your $5 deposit fee. You will get this fee back when you attend the program or if you call to cancel 48 hours or more in advance. We will be keeping a waiting list just in case someone does have to cancel in advance.

There are also still openings for the Mystery Night on Monday June 24th, the Chocolate Gem making program on Tuesday, July 2, and the Zombie Apocalypse program on Tuesday, July 23. You can register for these events online, by phone (260-824-1612) or in the library. Sign up today!

Hi, my name is Leah Baumgartner and I work in the Teen Zone at the Wells County Public Library. I’ll be honest and say that when I was first asked many years ago to help with the teens I was rather surprised to find out how much fun I had working with them. I still enjoy working with them today! Of course, I also love to read! If you see me in the library be sure to stop by and say hi!
