Teen Summer Reading Program Party Friday, July 28th 5:30-7:30

Grades 6-12. For all of the teens who have completed the Summer Reading Program (by reading 500 pages), come and enjoy a party just for you!  We will have a night of Wii on the big screens, games, pizza, snacks, and hide-and-seek in the library.  You must have a permission slip, from the library, signed by a parent or guardian.  We want to make sure that we will have enough supplies, so registration is apprecieated (but not required) by Thursday, July 27.  If you haven't signed up for the Summer Reading Program yet there is still time to register and read, but you better hurry! You must have your first 500 pages finished and logged by midnight on July 27th to be able to come to the party.  We hope to see you there!

Hi, my name is Leah Baumgartner and I work in the Teen Zone at the Wells County Public Library. I’ll be honest and say that when I was first asked many years ago to help with the teens I was rather surprised to find out how much fun I had working with them. I still enjoy working with them today! Of course, I also love to read! If you see me in the library be sure to stop by and say hi!
