Ready or Not, Here Summer Comes
As of 3:15 today, the Children’s Room staff has had the privilege of talking with all of the students at Ossian Elementary, Lancaster Elementary, Bluffton Middle School, Bluffton Elementary, Southern Wells Elementary and the elementary students at Bethlehem Lutheran. We had so much fun informing the students about our Summer Reading Program and all of the exciting school-aged programs that will be happening at the library this summer. Sign Up for the reading program starts on Saturday, June 1st. If you have a student at any of the above schools, make sure that you received the library’s calendar. If you didn’t, you can get one at the Children’s Room desk in the Main Branch of the library or at the circulation desk at the Ossian Branch. We look forward to seeing all of you this summer.
Written by Stefanie KipferSalutations from the Children’s Room! This is Stefanie Kipfer checking in from the shelves of picture books, beginning readers and chapter books plus lots of true fact books. When I’m not singing, crafting or reading aloud to our youngest patrons, I’m searching for new books and audiobooks to fill their brains with fun and folly. If I actually get something written for this blog “it just shows what can happen if a person gets out of bed promptly (Charlotte’s Web).” Enjoy!
