Coding Program During Spring Break

Posted on March 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM

Grades 6-12. Join us on Tuesday, March 27 from 6:00-7:30 pm for a night of food and fun as we get creative with Scratch coding!  We will be working on animation and art themed coding projects using Scratch.  No previous knowledge of coding is necessary. We have a limited number of laptops available so you must pre-register to be guaranteed a computer.  If you show up on the 27th without pre-registering you should bring your own laptop to make sure you have something to work on. We hope to see you there!

Hi, my name is Leah Baumgartner and I work in the Teen Zone at the Wells County Public Library. I’ll be honest and say that when I was first asked many years ago to help with the teens I was rather surprised to find out how much fun I had working with them. I still enjoy working with them today! Of course, I also love to read! If you see me in the library be sure to stop by and say hi!
